Every released version of MedikQuantis is archived and citable. When a clinical guideline changes a cut-off or a recommendation, the affected calculator is updated and the change is recorded here, dated.

- –Each score implements the original authors' formula and cut-offs, with primary references linked by PMID.

- –Dual interface (clinician and patient views), 100% in-browser computation, and an open API.
